Young Demon; 18-yr-old boy rapes 82-yr- old woman for 4 hours

An 18-year-old boy, Asa Roberts, is currently
regretting the devil that pushed him to viciously
rape an 82-year-old grandmother for over four
hours, and then forcing her to swear on the Bible
not to report him to the police, or he would kill
her, reports NY Daily News.

The reports say that Roberts whose family home
is close to the Brighton Beach apartment of the

half hours and the victim was bruised from

BREAKING: Multiple Explosion hit Gombe Again

Three explosions have rocked Gombe,

A Malaysian mother, Madam Meliah Diah, may be 101-years old and very weak, but that does not stop her from looking after her 63-year-old disabled son, Abdul Rahman Saud.

According to Harian Metro, the widow who is now seen as an epitome of motherhood, has stayed faithful and true to her youngest son all on her own after her husband died 22 years earlier.

She feeds him, bathes him, cleans up after he stools and manages to roll him out for some sunshine everyday.

The report adds that each morning, Madam Meliah bathes Rahman on the veranda of their wooden house in Bukit Nambua, Kedah. She then feeds him and they both spend the day there before going into the house in the evening.

Diah told the Metro:

"The seizures he suffered as a child caused him to be like this. He can only lie on his front and move about bit by bit.

He loves to eat fried chicken rice. We only have each other. I hope I don't die before him because there would be nobody to take care of him."

Nigerians will beg us to retake power in 2019 - PDP

Nigeria’s main opposition party, the Peoples Democratic Party said on Monday that Nigerians would beg it to return to power in 2019.
The National Vice Chairman, South-South zone of the party, Cairo Ojuogbo, stated this in Port Harcourt, the Rivers State capital.
The PDP ruled the country for 16 years until May 29 when it handed over power to the All Progressives Congress. It lost the March 28 federal election.

Mr. Ojuogbo said his party would return to power because the APC is crisis-ridden, alluding to the disagreement in the ruling party over the National Assembly leadership.
He said the APC does not only lack the capacity to manage the crisis, but that it lacks coordination and ideology.
He stated that a panel headed by a former governor of Kaduna State, Ahmed Makarfi, to work out how the PDP can regain power at the centre during the 2019 general elections had been set up.

The national vice chairman assured that the PDP would win its current battle in the tribunal to keep its victory in Akwa Ibom and Rivers State despite alleged intimidation.
“Rivers and Akwa Ibom State tribunals are sitting in Abuja,” Mr. Ojougbo said. “No amount of intimidation will make the PDP lose the elections it won freely and fairly in these states. Any move to rig us out will be resisted.”
He restated the PDP’s opposition to the appointment of Amina Zakari as the acting Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission.
He said, “We have said that the appointment of Amina is completely unacceptable to us. The example that ex-President (Goodluck) Jonathan gave should be followed.

Why I slept with my granddaughters – 75 year old

A 75-year old grandfather, who allegedly slept with his granddaughter, has told the police that he was lured into the shameful act by his daughter.

The Septuagenarian, Mr. Umoru Choji, who lives in Bukuru, Jos South Local Government Area of Plateau State, was said to have had canal knowledge of two of his grand daughters before he was caught.

But speaking with newsmen, Choji, who was paraded by the police, said, “It was these girls that put me into this trouble. They were the ones who always come to me and they arose my interest in sex. I didn’t even know when I started having sex with them.”

The shameless old man said the young girls reported him to the police after he stopped them from coming to his house.

He said: “I am married, and my wife is still alive. These girls were the ones that lured me into the act. It was not my intention. I know I had sex with them many times, but I stopped them from coming to me. So, they went and lie against me, and the parents of the other girls reported me to the police,” adding, “I feel bad, I did not know they will tell people what we were doing. The children deceived me and they went and report me to their parents.”

While parading the suspect, the Police Commissioner, Nasiru Oki, said: “The suspect, Mr. Umoru Choji, aged 75, lived in Bukuru, Jos South Local Government Area of Plateau state. The suspect had canal knowledge of his grand daughters several times before he was discovered.

“One of the grand daughter is just 11 years old, while the second daughter is 14-year old.

“The suspect, who is already in police net, will be charged to court as soon as all the processes are completed.”

The royal house of Benin is one of the most famous in Africa and the world at large. Yearly, tourists and visitors troop to the ancient city located in Edo state, Nigeria to see the palace which holds the rich history of ancient royalty.

Although not all are granted audience with the Oba – Omo N’Oba N’Edo, quite a number of people are allowed to tour specific areas of the Palace. While paying a visit, it is important to check with your tour guide for regulations which govern movements around the palace.

However, if you are set to visit Benin City in a bid to tour the Oba’s Palace alone, Jovago.com, Africa’s No. 1 online hotel booking portal has put together a list of 8 things visitors are encouraged not to do at the Oba’s palace.

Pointing

Pointing fingers at either Oba or his chiefs are not allowed at the Oba’s palace. The Oba himself does not point fingers at anyone as well, except in a bid to bless or curse another individual.

Pointing is seen as an act with deep spiritual meaning and so, anyone who does this is promptly arrested by the security guards of the palace known as the Ifienwenro for questioning and possible punishment. The Ifienwenro is a ‘spiritual’ guard whose major duty is to wade off spiritual attack against the Oba. These guards are usually clad in brown wrapper skirts with armlets around them. After arrest, the offender is usually compelled to take an oath before confessing or giving explanations for pointing fingers at the Oba. In dire cases, the offender might be asked to present certain animals for sacrifice.

Whistling

Whistling might seem like a simple and harmless act, but when in Benin City, especially at the Palace, this is considered rude. Based on superstition, the people of Benin believe whistling to be a medium through which mortals can call to spirits and the dead. The Oba palace houses over 3000 deities and mysticisms with spirits attached to them. It is believed that when a person whistles in the palace, there is no control over which spirit or deity would be roused by the call, and in a situation where the roused spirit does not see any food, offering or appeasement, it might take the life of the whistler or anyone around the vicinity.

Open umbrella during festivals

Umbrellas are fashioned to offer protection from harsh weather conditions such as rain or sun, however, if you are visiting Benin and you plan to attend a festival, be prepared to stand through any condition the weather throws at you without protection.

During major festivals such as the Igue festival, the Oba of Benin is the only one whose head can be covered with an umbrella. The palace chiefs are expected to leave their umbrellas at the palace gate during festivals. For tourists and visitors who have no prior knowledge of this rule, the security guards known as the Ifiento issue a warning at the entrance.

Black apparel:

Black as a colour typifies mourning in many cultures. Seeing as it is a taboo for the Oba to mourn, no matter the circumstance, he is not allowed to set eyes on the colour black. As a result, anyone wearing a black attire is not allowed entrance into the palace, especially if the person has the intention of gaining an audience with the Oba or there is a high chance of the person crossing paths with the Oba.

The Alaka is a section of the palace known to habour Oba Ehemgbuba shrine. According to Benin history, Oba Ehemugba, famously know as a powerful mystic, was born a haemophrodyte and since his father did not have any other heir to ascend the throne after him, he invited powerful witch doctors and mystics to work on young Ehemugba. At the end of the healing session, the female parts of Oba Ehemugba was removed from him and he was left with only the male parts. To assuage the worries of the people and assure them that the next Oba would indeed be completely male
